What to do if your alarm is going off
- Try to unset it with your code, tag, key fob or app.
- If it won't stop, call 07397 901 411. Our emergency line is open 24/7.
- Tell us what you can see. The make of the control panel is usually printed on the panel or keypad. Any message on the keypad, and whether the siren outside is sounding or just flashing, also helps. A photo on WhatsApp is ideal.
- Stay off the ladder. Please don't try to open or remove the external siren yourself.
